5 Overarching Principles for Coping with Negative Emotions

DESCRIPTION

“Learning how to respond effectively to negative emotions can help you move on from those emotions more quickly.”  This is a terrific article that will help to both illustrate and apply some basic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Health Psychology principles to everyday living.   The author provides a clear list of the 5 principles with examples.  This self-help article can be used in conjunction with the therapy and health psychology chapters in the text book.
