Until March 15, 2019, the APA is requesting students to “Submit your video for consideration by our jury of film, science and communication experts and you could take home a cash prize of $1,000.”

Here are the main things to know:
Your video must be no longer than two minutes.
Your video must communicate a concept or finding from any area of psychological science to the public.
Everyone 14 and older is encouraged to enter (including teams).
Upload your video to YouTube and submit it to our contest through the link below (on the website itself).
Enter now through March 15, 2019.
Winning videos will be featured on the PsycShorts website and YouTube, and will be showcased at APA headquarters in Washington, D.C., and at the 2019 APA Annual Convention in Chicago.

Go to the website, look at the rules, make a plan, and then make a PsycShort.
