Simple Ways to Be Better at Remembering

 

DESCRIPTION

The article points out that the use of smartphones and computers to search and find information has fundamentally negatively altered the way our memory systems operate.   With the information we need at the touch of a button and all of the distractions of social media, we actually remember less well than when these resources were not so readily available.   The article offers tried and true methods, found in research, that improves memory retention and recall.   This article can be used in both the chapters on memory and discussion of methods of study.
