TITLE

How to Meditate

DESCRIPTION

We have all been experiencing so much stress and anxiety during the pandemic that has taken a toll on our well being.  Now with the holidays upon us and worry about covid surges and what it means to our health (as well as family and friends), we may feel overwhelmed at times.  And the worry for those going to college and their future maybe create even more mental health and emotional issues.  It is incumbent on us to find healthy ways that have been empirically proven to enhance our well being and reduce our stress and anxiety.   Meditation, over the past several decades, has proven to be a well documented source to deal with many of our anxieties and bring a sense of calm through some very simple to follow procedures.  “Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly.”  This article provides a clear set of steps to learn to meditate as well as several audio tracks to help with the practice.   Try it and begin to feel a whole lot calmer.
